PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
April 8, 2009
A Regular Session Meeting of the EAST HARTFORD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION was held in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut on April 8, 2009.
The meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m.

Jeanne Webb; Director of Development
Scottt Chadwick; Corporation Counsel
Michael Dayton, Town Planner
Denise Horan, Town Engineer
Chairman Anthony Kayser declared a quorum present. Chairman Kayser stated that the Commission would be voting with seven members.
Upon a motion by Commissioner Roczynski seconded by Commissioner Salemi it was voted unanimously to go into executive session.
Executive Session
- Discussion of pending litigation: No. CV 08-4034369 JZ Inc. D/B/A Dunkin Donuts VS. Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of East Hartford.
Upon a motion by Commissioner Roczynski seconded by Commissioner Ryan it was voted unanimously to come out executive session.
Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
